Our Approach
Explain First, Fix Second
At Geek Plumbing Services, the plan is simple: you understand the problem before anyone picks up a wrench.
Our Approach
Most people want the same thing from a plumber: someone who fixes the problem and tells the truth about it. In our book, an honest plumber explains what's going on, lays out the options and leaves you knowing a bit more than before. That's the idea behind every job at Geek Plumbing Services, from a quick plumbing repair to a full water heater swap.

Why We Teach as We Go
Plumbing hides behind walls, under floors and down in the crawl space, so it's easy to feel like you're just taking someone's word for it. We'd rather show you. If your water heater rumbles, we'll explain the sediment that settles in the bottom of the tank. If a toilet runs all night, we'll point out the fill valve or flapper that's letting water sneak through.
Knowing the why helps you make a better call today, and it helps you catch the next problem early. And if you've ever wondered why the pipes bang when the washing machine shuts off, go ahead and ask. We love that stuff.

Options That Fit Your Budget
There's rarely only one way to fix a plumbing problem, and an honest plumber shows you more than one. A drippy faucet might need a new cartridge, or it might be time for a new faucet. A tired water heater could be repaired, swapped for a new tank or replaced with a tankless unit. We'll tell you what each path means for your wallet now and down the road, then match the materials to what you want to spend.
When it's time to pick equipment, we reach for brands we trust: Rheem for water heaters, and CSI and Watersoft for water filtration and softeners. Have another brand in mind? That works too.
Repair or Replace? Straight Talk From an Honest Plumber
If a repair will do the job, we'll say so, even when replacing it would be the bigger ticket. If something is near the end of its life, you'll hear that too, along with the reasons. Just bought a house, or not sure what shape your plumbing is in? A whole home plumbing inspection gives you the full picture before you decide anything.
Our Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Our limited lifetime workmanship warranty is simple: if we made the mistake, it's ours to fix. It covers the labor and installation on the work we do for as long as you, the original customer, own and live in the home where we did it.
Spot a problem with our workmanship? Let us know in writing. We'll repair, correct or redo the work, whichever we decide is the right fix, with no charge for the labor.
What it doesn't cover: manufacturer defects in the parts or equipment themselves, normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect, structural settling of the building, changes made by anyone else, and storm, flood or wind damage. The warranty is non-transferable, so it doesn't pass to a new owner, and it applies once the job is paid in full under the agreed payment schedule.
The Same Approach at Midnight
A good process doesn't go out the window when a pipe bursts. For frozen pipes, sewer backups and other emergency plumbing problems, call (828) 344-5244 any time, 24/7. We'll still explain what happened, right after the water's off.
